Can I use a PO box or Parcel Collect?Updated a month ago

Some of our courier partners are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Post Offices. 

To ensure your order is delivered by Australia Post (and can go to a PO Box or Post Office), it must meet the following criteria and be sent via Express Shipping:

✅ Under 20kg
✅ Maximum length of 100cm

If your item fits within these limits, simply select Express Shipping at checkout to guarantee delivery through Australia Post and avoid any delivery issues.
