It isn't recommended, as most other couriers will refuse delivery to a post office or PO Box and we don't have any way of guaranteeing that the order will be sent or can be sent with Australia Post.

How do I place an order for Click & Collect?

Placing an order for click and collect is straightforward, if we have enough stock to fulfill your order in our warehouse at that time. Need help? Contact us.

Why is there no option for Click & Collect at checkout?

To place an order for Click & Collect, all the items in your cart must be in stock and available in our Acacia Ridge warehouse.

Why has my order defaulted to Click & Collect?

There are some items on our website such as oversized items, dangerous goods or knives that are only available for Click and Collect.

What do I need to bring when I collect my order?

You will need your order number and sometimes a copy of the order confirmation. You may also need to present a photo ID.

How do I buy a gift card?

Simply purchase online here, and the recipient will receive an email with a unique code to redeem at checkout. Valid for three years, it's the perfect way to let them choose from our extensive range of outdoor gear.

How do I cancel my membership/subscription?
