How do I place an order for Click & Collect?Updated a month ago

Browse our online store and add items to your cart as normal. At checkout, select Click & Collect as your shipping method. Your order will be prepared at our Acacia Ridge warehouse and we'll email you when it's ready to pick up.

Important: Click & Collect is only available when every item in your cart is physically in stock at our Acacia Ridge warehouse. Items showing a blue tick on the product page are in stock and eligible. If any item in your cart isn't in stock at the warehouse, the Click & Collect option won't appear at checkout.

Tip: If you're seeing a mix of in-stock and out-of-stock items, try placing separate orders — one for the in-stock items (which can be Click & Collect) and another for the rest (which will ship when available).
