Oversize items are those characterised by either high weight or large cubic volume.  They a big and/or bulky products which determine the shipping options we have with couriers. If your cart contains standard items and oversize items your cart will be calculated accordingly, and your order may arrive separately.

Delivering our oversize/bulky items may incur additional handling and vehicle requirements.  Each oversize/bulky item delivery is meticulously organised on an individual basis to guarantee a secure and smooth journey from us to you.  

Estimated delivery times for oversize/bulky freight are from when you receive your tracking email, not when from when you place your order.

QLD, NSW, VIC                       Handling time + 2-15 business days

WA, NT, TAS                           Handling time + 5-20 business days

SA                                           Handling time + 4-13 business days

*Please keep in mind that oversize parcels are sent with multiple couriers based on the size and weight and can be subjected to shipping delays due to their size.
