Shipping & Delivery

Express Shipping

We use Australia Post for express shipping. Please note when you choose express shipping it will travel express once it leaves our warehouse. There is still a handling time applied to your order.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery times for standard freight are from when you receive your tracking email, not from when you place your order.

International Shipping

Outback Equipment offers international shipping to select regions, on items with some legally required restrictions. Please contact us for detailed information and quotes.

What is handling time?

Handling time refers to the duration it takes for our warehouse team to process your order for shipment. Currently it is 1 to 5 business days, with some exceptions.

When can I pick up my Click & Collect order?

Our store is open: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Sunday: Closed Please note: We are normally closed Public Holidays.

Where can I pick up my Click & Collect order?

Currently our only pick up location is our store at 1 Murdoch Cct, Acacia Ridge, QLD, 4110, Australia.

How can I track my order?

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately, especially if your order contains an oversize item. You should receive a tracking number for each shipment as they get on their way to you.

When will I receive my tracking details?

There are two ways you will be able to see your tracking once it is live. Keep in mind couriers can take extra time to scan packages during peak times, but your order is on the way once you receive your tracking link.

Why is my order delayed?

We recognise the importance of timely delivery and strive to provide transparency when delays occur.

How do I get a freight quote?

On each product page, you'll find a convenient Calculate Shipping section. If you have multiple items shipping will calculate at checkout. If you need help just contact us.

Shipping limitations and additional fees

There may be some additional limitations on both domestic and international shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions.

What to do if you receive an incorrect item in your order

Just provide us some details and pictures and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Split delivery fees

If you have multiple items, we can ship them separately. Depending on what is in your order there may be a small additional fee for split delivery.

Can I add a new shipping address to my account?

You sure can. Just log in and follow the steps.

Can I update my shipping address on an existing order?

Where your order has not been dispatched, we can usually change your address. Just let us know as soon as possible for the best outcome.

Oversize items are those characterised by either high weight or large cubic volume.
