At Outback Equipment, we're delighted to offer an expanded selection of items through our Special Order program. You can easily identify our special order products online by looking for the distinctive blue special order logo displayed on the products. We are adding to our special order range regularly, so keep an eye out for new great options.

When you're ready to place your order, simply search for the desired product, enter your postcode to confirm the delivery charge, then add the product to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Special Order items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. In the case that change-of-mind returns is applicable, a store credit will be issued in accordance with our Returns Policy. 

These conditions specifically apply to Change of Mind returns and do not extend to faulty items. If you need to return a faulty special order, refer to our Faults and damages information.
