Estimated Delivery Times:  Our warehouse is located in Brisbane and operates on standard weekdays to swiftly process and ship most orders. As part of our commitment to sustainability, some of our products are sourced directly from suppliers. As a result, delivery times can vary depending on the number and size of items in your order, your delivery address, and the location of the warehouse that may be shipping direct to you.

Estimated delivery times for standard freight are from when you receive your tracking email, not from when you place your order.

QLD, NSW, VIC               Ships in timeframe+ 1-6 business days

WA, NT, TAS                   Ships in timeframe + 3-9 business days

SA                                 Ships in timeframe + 3-8 business days

As part of our commitment to sustainability, some of our products are sourced directly from suppliers. At times we require a few extra days to consolidate your order before shipping it out to you. Where your total order value amounts to $500 or less, we will consolidate all items and dispatch your complete order once everything is available. However, if you're eager to receive part of your order earlier, we're more than happy to accommodate your request where we can. Please note, that this option will incur an additional $14 handling fee for each separate standard delivery or $18 for each express delivery.
