When are we open over Christmas?
- Our warehouse is dispatching Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.

When’s the latest I can order for delivery before Christmas within Australia?
To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend placing your order by the dates below. Remember not all orders will leave immediately from our warehouse. Consider the Ships in timeframe when ordering (displayed on most products) to ensure it is travelling by these dates.
- Standard Post: Monday 15th December (excluding WA, NT, SA, TAS and oversize**)
- Express Post: Wednesday 17th December (excluding WA, NT, SA, TAS and oversize**)
- Store pick-up: Our Brisbane store (1 Murdoch Circuit, Acacia Ridge) is open for confirmed Click & Collect orders right up until MIDDAY on Christmas Eve. Please note this is for confirmed click and collect orders and in stock items.
** Please note:
- Deliveries to WA, NT, SA, TAS, and for oversized items, usually take a little longer. We recommend placing these orders at least one week earlier than the dates above.
- For both domestic and international destinations, any orders placed after these dates will still be sent as quickly as possible, but they may arrive after Christmas.
When do I order by to aim for Christmas delivery internationally?
We suggest adding at least 3 days to the recommendations from Australia post which can be found on their website. International Christmas Dates - Australia Post

Courier updates and timeframes
Updates will be included here if our Australian Courier network becomes congested. Please note that November through to January is a peak period and couriers often experience delays leaving to longer delivery times. These delays are out of our control. We will endeavour get your order dispatched as quickly as possible.
