There are two ways you will be able to see your tracking once it is live.
Email:
Our standard dispatch period is 1-5 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, tracking details and a unique link will be sent to your email to keep you informed every step of the way.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, some of our products are sourced directly from suppliers. This means that sometimes we require extra time to your complete order. Where your total order value amounts to $500 or less, we will consolidate all items and dispatch your complete order once everything is available. However, if you're eager to receive part of your order earlier, we're more than happy to accommodate your request. Please note, that this option will incur an additional $14 handling fee for each separate delivery. If you would like your order dispatched separately, please contact us to arrange delivery and payment.
Log into your account:
Prefer a centralised tracking method? Simply log in to your account on our website, navigate to the "account summary" section, and find all your orders listed. From there, clicking "track" next to your order will allow you to monitor its progress seamlessly.
