Why has my order defaulted to Click & Collect?Updated a month ago

Some items on our site — including knives, oversized items, and dangerous goods — can only be sold as Click & Collect due to shipping restrictions. If any of these items are in your cart, your entire order will default to Click & Collect.

We can check whether the restricted items in your order are eligible for shipping and advise on any additional freight charges that may apply. In many cases we can arrange delivery — we just need to confirm it with you first.
