Why is there no option for Click & Collect at checkout?Updated a month ago
Click & Collect requires every item in your cart to be physically in stock at our Acacia Ridge warehouse right now. If even one item is out of stock at the warehouse (even if it shows as available for shipping), the Click & Collect option won't appear.
Look for the blue tick on each product page — that means it's in stock at the warehouse and eligible for Click & Collect.
Don't worry — we can usually help. Many items are on their way to the warehouse and arrive within days. Contact us at [email protected] or 1300 854 185 with the items you're after and we'll give you a timeframe for when they'll be ready for collection.
