Peak Season Delivery Updates (November– January)Updated 2 days ago
From November through January, delivery times may take a little longer than usual due to high demand and increased courier volumes. Major shopping events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday as well as Public Holidays around Christmas, and New Year, often create delays both when orders leave our warehouse and within the courier network.
We’ll do our best to keep you updated:
Order-specific updates: We’ll usually email you if your order is impacted. All emails are sent to the address on the order. If you have not received your order confirmation, please reach out to our team so we can fix that for all future emails. Sometimes they do land in junk so always check there too and add us to your safe sender list!
General updates: We’ll post announcements on our website so you can see the latest information at a glance in our Help Centre.
