Outback Equipment is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any product you receive, simply contact us within 30 days of receival so we can work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Items purchased both in store and online can be exchanged at our Acacia Ridge store if they meet our terms and conditions for exchange.
We understand that exchanging items purchased online can sometimes be a hassle. We will do our best to make it as easy as possible for you.
To qualify for an exchange, the items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, in the original packaging and within 30 days of the receival date.
We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes, you may reconsider a purchase. Please be aware we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
In transit damage and product faults are unfortunately a part of life. While we do everything, we can limit these issues, where one does occur, notifying us as soon as possible is always the best option.

For goods that require fitment or assembly our return policy cannot extend beyond the value/cost of the item ordered.
